Why We're Building
Mid '24, one of our team used AI to stop an HOA's overpriced assessment, expose their abuse and lead a successful rewrite campaign of the Covenants. This inspired the community to adopt a more transparent bidding process and new CC&Rs to prevent future overreach.
The Origin Project
Inspired by that success, he and our team decided to create a guide modeled after the same contextualization process to help other property owners effectively challenge and permanently reform their HOAs through CC&R Rewrite Campaigns. Find that guide linked below.

The overwhelming response to our guide motivated us to unite our skillsets and create a uniquely contextualized (and always improving) AI engine, now the driving force behind a nationwide movement to transform HOAs and empower property owners to reclaim their communities. This is ActionHOA.
System Overview
Our contextualized AI bot frontend is built on Next.js (or React) with Tailwind CSS for a responsive and modern frontend. The backend relies on Next.js for business logic, PostgreSQL for fast data retrieval, and S3-compatibile storage for file uploads.
In order to ensure a wide geographical deployment with low latency and security, our hosting provider maintains all of our product layers internally. Our technology stack enables real-time, context-aware responses, empowering users to make informed decisions within their communities.
